OpenEye is recruiting for a Lead Generation Specialist. OpenEye is a fast growing, video surveillance software organization that is looking to boost our growth to the next level.

JOB SUMMARY: **This position is responsible for making outbound calls and sending emails to generate interest in OpenEye’s products. This position is responsible for driving interest and connecting our outside sales team with hot leads to help build our business portfolio.


  • Performs outbound calls to end-users
  • Generates email correspondence with end-users
  • Answers main phone line/receives incoming calls
  • Advocates for OpenEye products across multiple key verticals
  • Identifies end-user prospects to contact
  • Researches end-user prospects to qualify and prioritize them
  • Strives to improve business by creating a positive experience and relationship with all customers continually
  • Maintains a positive attitude when dealing with external and internal customers in all circumstances
  • Maintains professional growth and development through seminars, workshops, and professional affiliations
  • Develops deep and meaningful rapport quickly and effectively with end-user contacts
  • Communicates clearly and concisely on a regular basis
  • Performs all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned


  • a High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
  • Demonstrated experience of setting and meeting goals
  • 1 year “Business to Business” sales experience
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and CRM software

It is preferred an individual have:

  • 2 years cold-calling experience, preferably in a technology discipline
